Exactly. This seemed more libertarian a statement than liberal. I also agree, now let's see how many others do.

  • Libertarians seems content to make everything that doesn't directly harm another person legal and leave it at that. I want to make drugs legal because decriminalizing and treating people for why they are using drugs is a better way of getting a drug free populace. The goal hasn't changed. Just the batshit insane method of getting there.

  • The batshine insane method is jailing people for drug crime and then continuing to jail them for drug crime when it's not working and creating more and more problems.

  • I say stop trying to criminalize anything like drugs, weapons, or abortion. If a woman wants to smoke pot in her back yard whilst shooting M4's at targets and educating her wife and kids about gun safety, let her do it. She's not harming anybody. Default criminalization is stupid. Herp, you smoked a joint, you're rotting in prison.

If she wants to shoot M4's at a range, go right the -blam!- ahead. I'll sell the ammo.

  • That's a personal difference, which doesn't bother me, and that's also my go-to statement for rustling conservative and liberal jimmies for obvious reasons. Along with that, no gun registration should be forced and not amount of amount should be capped.
