Being a part of an organization like the NBA requires you to follow certain rules, and there are consequences for violating those rules. Which include conduct detrimental to the organization as a whole.

I signed Bungie.net's Code of Conduct. Why doesn't DeeJ just include a clause that states that I will face a financial penalty for posting racist content?

Would the benefit of posting on a website outweigh the potential financial penalty? Because being an NBA owner is pretty beneficial, with the only catch being dont make a fool of yourself and make us all look bad.
