I can't tell if you are being condescending or not. Either way I am not a big fan of the RT Podcast.

Just watch different podcasts, pinpoint what you like about them, and then exemplify those points in your podcast. I think RT has a casual feel that is enjoyable and that can cause plenty of funny moments.

That is what I like about IB even more so than any other podcasts I listen to. I will have to dig deeper into the chasm that is iTunes.
