stronglifts brah

Started strong lifts 5x5 back in February at the suggestion of a topic on these forums. Made some progress. You guys should consider it as well. I only weigh 142 lbs at 5'8". Initial squat- 115 Current squat- 190 Initial row-35 Current row-75 Initial bench- bar (45) Current bench 95 Initial overhead press- bar (45) Current - 75 Initial dead lift- 115 Current- 155 Personal record-225 I am America and so can you. We're all gonna make it brahs.
