The report said they died from self inflicting wounds. This is very sad, they probably would've gotten the death penalty for killing an officer.
What do you think of the situation?

Riiiiiight..... 'Self Inflicted' wounds my arse. " Pissed off cop friend' inflicted wound sounds more plausible. ^^^ They should really have a non-biased third party investigating this. Having the police department that lost a cop handling the case seems like letting the fox guard the henhouse.
-
This is why all cops should wear cameras that can't be turned off. That way we'd have video footage of when the officer's colleagues found the "allegedly already dead" teens.
-
Can't say I'm surprised. Cop killers don't have the law to protect them when the law itself is out to get them. So it's only a matter of if the cops friends are angry enough to off them or not. No sympathy from me.
-
I've seen more than a few instances where alleged cop-killers were "found dead from apparent suicide" by the colleagues of the dead officer. In each instance, I always wondered about the circumstances and am of the opinion that cases like that should be investigated by a non-involved 3rd party agency. Just in case.

Damn it Florida, always messing it up for the rest of us! OT: Yea, I doubt it was self inflicted.
-
Why does all this stuff happen in Florida?!?
Well, I actually heard about this chick who stabbed her husband with a ceramics squirrel because he didn't bring home beer (I believe it was beer)
Oh look, it's another thread to bash my home state! >:(

Edited by Hawke: 3/28/2014 3:29:54 AMSad. No reason for them to shoot the cop. Don't really care that they died. They should have sought help, not killed an innocent man.

"Self inflicting" As if another cop didn't kill them

Bleh, -blam!-in teens
