Community Tournaments

I'd like to organise a series of weekly tournaments for the B.net community with cash prizes (paid via PayPal and in Australian [AUD] currency). Is anyone interested in participating? Id Software's free-to-play first-person shooter Quake Live is the game that would be played, and the game-mode would be Duel (1v1). The minimum number of participants is 12. If there's 12 or more participants every week this series may run indefinitely, but once it drops below 12 it'll stop. Participants will be manually seeded, and I'll be organising the games through PMs via Bungie.net. Games will be played as Best of Ones (Bo1): one game is played and the winner moves up the bracket, loser is out of the tournament. However, the final game (grand finale) will be a Best of Three (Bo3): a minimum of two games are played, and if after two games the score is a tie a final game is played to determine the winner. I'm assuming the majority of B.net users either don't play Quake Live, or have very little experience with it, so it'll be a beginners' tournament. I'll be able to assist any player who has issues/questions regarding the game or tournament if you PM me on B.net. So, with all that said, who's interested? If you are state so, and include your Quake Live name (if you don't yet have an account create one) and geographic region (North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, or Oceania). The geographic region is required because, for example, Australian players can't play against Europeans, Americans, Asians or Africans. The ping difference is just too large. So the tournament will be divided into geographic regions: an Australian tournament, a North American tournament, a European tournament, etc. There must be at least 12 participants in a geographical region for that region's tournament to proceed.
