U.S. Navy Flexes Muscle, Tows Retired Aircraft Carrier Toward North Korea
“We have full faith that once Connie makes her way to the Sea of Japan in about six or seven weeks — provided her badly rusted keel won’t be breached in rough seas — then Kim Jong-un will stop pursuing his nuclear ambitions and calmly go back to shooting free throws with Dennis Rodman, or maybe just shooting more members of his own immediate family,” Floyd added.
Well this is the final straw, North Korea will finally be provoked into surrendering its nuclear ambitions.

Explanation for people that don't get it: The U.S. Navy has a somewhat silly policy of deploying carriers to the coast of hostile nations as a show of force, and funding for a relevant fleet (littoral gunships, mainly) has been scarce.
