That's it? That's not scary. Try waking up with that and having audio and visual hallucinations. Most of the times they're demonic as well. That's scary.

When I had SP I heard a car crash and felt like I had been hit by a body that flew through my window. Also, waking up to the sensation of someone choking you, that's fun.

I had a dark swirling mass at the end of my bed that made a chattering noise. That was terrifying.

It's like having nightmares, but you're not asleep. First few times it happened I didn't know what was going on, I don't know how long it took me to fall asleep those nights afterwards.

I didn't know why I couldn't move so I considered it bad.

The first time I experienced SP, it came along with hallucinations. Did you at least hear ringing or a buzzing noise?
