Xbox One Questions

NOTE: I did NOT watch the video with audio. If the OP of the video mentioned something that addresses my questions, please tell me. :) So, as the video shows us, we can play a Xbox 360 through an Xbox One via it's HDMI-In slot (which is meant for your cable box, but -blam!- that.) It also works for PS3, Wii Hue and pretty much anything else that has HDMI compatibility (although I heard there were problems with the PS4). Now, I have two questions about this: 1: If I play my Xbox 360 through the Xbox One, I would have to say, "Xbox, watch TV". Now, do I have to turn on my 360 separately, or does it do it automatically after I command the Kinect? 2: If I play my Xbox 360 through the Xbox One, do I have to switch controllers to play, or does the Xbox One controller work? This may be pretty obvious, but it still doesn't hurt to ask. Any and all help is appreciated.

 • 1) Yes, the 360 would need to be turned on in order for it to work. The 360 is the one actually playing the game, having it plugged into the back of the One just makes it so that you don;'t have to switch the cords that are plugged into the back of the tv. 2) When playing a 360 game, you must use the 360 controller. The 360 won't recognize the One controller.
