Just added a prize! Also confirmed with DeeJ to make sure it was in accordance with the Terms of Use.
-
That's funny he confirmed it for you, I remember spending over a week trying to get his attention when I hosted the December art contest >.>
-
Really? I went to the support section to ask if I could giveaway a prize, but they just said to message DeeJ. So I sent him a short description of the contest, and asked if I could give a prize to the winner. Within an hour replied. So I don't know how I got his attention, just good timing I guess. Did you ever get his attention?
-
I've talked with him quite a bit, he must have just been busy when I tried talking to him for the contest lol.
-
That makes sense. Does he usually reply with short answers? Because that's what he did with me lol.

Edited by Progo: 1/23/2014 11:38:49 PMActually he has talked somewhat in depth with me, especially in comments (though I am quite active on here so I have more chances to do so). I guess it all just comes down to how much time he has for something.
-
Thats what I figured. I think it's really cool that he takes the time to chat when he can. DeeJ is a cool guy.
-
I can't think of a good prize... Any ideas?
-
Perhaps a small gaming/iTunes/electronic giftcard of some sort?

Edited by RizeoftheFallen: 1/22/2014 4:04:10 PMNot a bad idea. I don't have a lot of money to give away, but maybe I'll figure out something. If I can get a gift card of some sort for the prize, I'll update the thread.

I honestly have never tried and would probably suck at pixel art, but having a prize will usually make a few of the more talented people crawl out of their holes :)

You have a good point! A gift card could get their attention. Also Beta codes might be nice, but almost everyone here has a code.
