Ohh and those teleports in star trek are a long long way of thats even if its predicted to be possibles. Stephen Hawking theorised that there is not enough energy in the universe for it to be done

You should definitely give it a chance if you like sci-fi. I've always been a Star Wars guy, so I wasn't a fan until a few months ago, when I decided to give the original series a shot (my curiosity was peaked by the Abrams films). Trek is definitely one of the more realistic sci-fi shows as far as technology goes, especially The Next Generation. Back when the original was airing, the folks at NASA actually regarded it as a future glimpse of their institution.

Iv only seen some voyager and enterprise a long time ago i dont remember much but it wasnt anything great for me

From what I've heard, those are the two low points of the series. TOS is good, but it is definitely dated. It reminds me a lot of the Twilight Zone, if you're in to that (one of my favorites). I'm only on the second season of TNG and its pretty solid, though I hear it really picks up by season 3. The original series films are pretty good too, though I haven't seen #5.
