If 2 Spartans Were to Have a Child ...
Do you think the Spartans augmentations would have any effect on their offspring? If so, what would the outcome of it be do you think?

No it's genetic. It should be, especially the S-II augmentations. Because it increases heavy parts of the body, which should at least be a phenotype or genotype to the newborn. At least.
