So lets hear your opinions.
Setting:
6:30 am, i drive the same way everyday to work, for the past five years to be exact. Its dark, the intersection i pull up to has a stop sign, and cars on both sides. I pull to a stop, glancing to the right, then to the left, im checking for people and head lights so i can take a left turn.
Woman on the left with a dog, no cars.
About 2 seconds after i come to a stop, someone is banging on my window cussing me out.
Its a jogger.
Obviously he is trying to be dramatic acting as if i hit him.
But here is the deal, its dark, he is wearing black pants, a black stalking cap, and a dark gray shirt. no reflectors of any type.
Also, he must have not of seen me, since i blocked his 'path', he decided to make a point by physically running into my car after i stopped. Then beating on the window with both hands and calling me an asshole, then jogging off.
Personally i think he needs a punch to the face, and im tempted next time to stop short, then run him over.
Thoughts on whos at fault?

This happens more often then you think, most likely he's a bum or has no job so he goes around in the dead of night trying to be "hit" by a car so he can sue you.
