My grandfather was a negotiator, he said, "Smile, it confuses them." I still believe that today, and I do agree with it, because I've seen it works. As for this forum, I have been smiling because I find most people's negative reactions on me stating what my attempts at getting an XBox One to work... Seems to me there are a lot of Microsoft Fan Boys out there.
