Is it completely established that the humans of Sera aren't from Earth? I know that someone at some point mentions 'get[ting] off this rock', but couldn't that mean returning to space after years stuck there?

Sera is the "Earth" of the GoW universe. The Humans (Known as Serans) are are native to Sera; the Locust are also native to Sera. So in the GoW universe, they aren't Aliens.
