Halo 4 ushered in a new age for the franchise, one that was already shunned before it's birth by being not created by Bungie. Remember that it was also the first from a group of developers in a new environment; it takes time for them to get settled and better grasp what process of development works for them. With each new title will come a better experience; they have to start from the ground up, not at the level Bungie had brought the franchise up to. While Halo(5) may not be the greatest Halo game, I have faith it will be a step in the right direction.
