You get way more hours out of multiplayer so that's some pretty retarded logic there OP.

Really? I get bored of most multiplayer games after 20 hours or so. Then I only play them on occasion, or more if there's an update or DLC worth buying. I can name many many single player games that have given me over 200 hours of gameplay.
-
Well the great majority of people do not get bored of multiplayer after only 20 hours.

I said most games, I do. Playing on the same maps over and over and over. Pretty boring IMO. If the game is new, and isn't just another same old MP, I won't get bored. I have a lot of time into BF3 and Bad Company 1. Now that I'm used to it, I'll play BF4 less when I get it. Maybe. COD I quit playing a long time ago. Titanfall I will probably play a lot since it's new and feels different.

I get bored with MP when it becomes a rinse and repeat session. When you play on the same map, using the same strategy over and over. Maybe this is a reason I am looking forward to Killzone SF MP. The ability to create custom matches.

Same. Ever play Resistance Fall of Man? It had dedicated servers and custom games. People still play it. Not a ton, but enough. It came out in 2006 too...

I borrowed a copy from a friend a while back. Too bad he wanted it back eventually. Still wish Resistance 3 was not a franchise killer.

I enjoyed the SP. The MP was awful. A shameful attempt at copying COD. Even got rid of the dedicated servers and custom games! I played a little of Resistance 2. SP is good. MP is okay. 60 player matches are a bonus. I don't know how to explain it. Resistance 1 had this old fashioned FPS feel and not the usual movie like corridor shooter gameplay of today.
