Snack!? Hah that's a joke it's more like a full blown meal!
Usually two chocolate bars, three chocolate biscuits, four slices of chocolate bread, 6 packets of crisps and 4 pints of milk. And then a packet of Starburst because why not?

Don't you just love diabetes?
-
I'm only 18, and I don't eat all of this every night. Sometimes as little as twice or thrice a week.
-
You have binges like that three times in one week? You do realise that's a lot, right?
-
Oh. No it's not.
-
Yes, it is. Not trying to sound like a dick, but I almost certainly know more about nutrition than you.
-
Why? Are you a professional dietary physician?
-
Edited by Pendulate: 10/14/2013 3:03:47 PMNope! But a 3500 caloric intake of solely simple carbohydrates with no dietary value, three times a week, will lead to overly high glucose levels and inconsistent digestion. Not to mention inefficient use of leptin and insulin which can lead to cognitive impairments. But of course, you already knew that.
-
No I didn't because I'm not a professional dietary physician remember?
-
Well, just a heads up then.
-
I'm not taking it
-
Your loss not mine bro!
-
Well technically I'd be dead right now if you were right and I'm no s therefore I must be infallible. My logic is flawless

First off, nice one for using thrice. Second, nice one for limiting intake of bad food. That's good. Just try to keep it as low as you can. You may indulge once in a while, just not too much.

I fear for lack-of-exercise more than lack-of-food but I got no one to go out with and lack the motivation to go out myself. I try to get my mother to go out with me but she never does because she's got some sleeping disorder that's in between insomnia and CSAD. So she rarely goes out with me
