So we've seen some small clips and screenshots of the Vex marching through the lush jungles of Venus, and an idea came into my head. Do you think there'll be groups of Vex, in patrol units, which would tread around the destinations on Venus, searching for players during the night? I can imagine them using their red lights on their heads as a search light, as well as with aircraft and other means because they seem like such an organized enemy race. Also, in a concept piece released well before the E3 presentation, the main Vex 'postcard' I presume, it shows a Vex enemy combatant standing near/above what looks like an acid water pool. If you look closely you can see red spots of light on the water surface, much reminiscent of the signature red light on their heads, as well as the fact that you can clearly see water dripping off the foremost Vex's armour/body This has led me to believe that, potentially, in the game we may some very cool and very unique enemy encounters. Gone are the days that enemies just seem to magically appear onto our screens. It would be incredible to witness a Vex just suddenly leap out of a pool of acidic water, or even a group, surrounding you and your fireteam. Even further, this is potentially only one of the ways we may encounter them, and there may very well be many others and for the other enemy races too. Finally, what do you think Venus will like at night? It would be awesome if we could see like glowing and neon coloured vegetation and creatures at night, similar to in Avatar. This would be a breath of fresh air, after escaping an army of tireless Vex chasing you down, to just lower your gun and take in the beauty of the night time environment. I think this would add to the magic and mystery of Destiny, somewhat like locations such as the Black Garden. What do you guys think?
