Find a weakness and be honest about it. Do not brag but say you have people skills and can do basic math. That should although be in resume so you will not have a problem. Be semi formal. Do not tense up. Also think of a story that can show your skills if they ask you about a story. You can also lie about it as they will not even try to check your history as its not worth the trouble. Only at higher roles and i mean really high roles will they call for refrences etc. As long as you sound competent they will be okay with you.
