It's pretty good, as a matter of fact there are some really great tracks in there (Bridge Too Far being one of my favourites as it sounds a lot like one of the unreleased ODST concept tracks), but I didn't enjoy it as much as I did Halo 4's.
Does very well with the CE/ODST/Wars vibe though, indeed.

The main thing for me is that there are no annoying tracks on this one. Halo 4 has some good tracks too, but there are several tracks that repeat a few notes over and over and over again for what seems like half the piece's length. The blaring riffs and chords just aren't a good listen to me. Maybe something I can tune out in-game, but not something I'd listen to casually while surfing or Forging. I like that about SA.
