Call of Duty: Ghosts actually looks good.
I said it. I'm hyped for it.
The changes they made, however small, seem to make the game play better. It looks gritty like MW2, and not as colourful as BO2.
If the game is as balanced as BO2 and fun as MW2, then I'll be sure to have fun on my 360.
What did you guys think of the Multiplayer reveal?

3 RepliesThis is exactly what everyone who plays COD thinks before the game comes out (in fact every game to be honest), they expect it to be 'good' and then people realize that the game is the same as every other cod game. Except maybe WaW and COD4 those 2 were actually decent. Sure, the graphics are obviously better, but the gameplay is obviously what matters most. Oh, and you know how you can 'look' around buildings and stuff?? That is just encouraging more and more campers...and if they don't get rid of quick scoping....

I think it looks like the same old crap. MW2 was terrible and BO2 was meh and it now looks like a combination of them.

I have serious doubts about Ghosts. It lacks a hook and it's from the B team. This will be a C+ kind of game. It'll be huge for sure but a lot of that crowd might pass it up for GTA V which will be, by far, the best selling game this year.

I got tired of CoD because I never had fun with it, I finally stopped and wondered why I was buying it and haven't bought one since. So regardless of how good looking it is, CoD just isn't my cup of tea, I just don't find enjoyment in it. In fact the only time I had fun in CoD was in MW3 at 3AM when me and a big group of friends were dicking around online and became [b]THE LEGENDARY JUGGERPEDE[/b], good times. But I digress, if you have fun in CoD and you think Ghosts looks good, then go right ahead and play it.

1 ReplyThe trailer didn't wow me. Sure, they added destruction, but it's roughly equivalent to BC1's Destruction 1.0 which debuted in 08. Throw in maps that get smaller every iteration, the constant threat of death from above by ridiculous killstreaks, and the fact that the game will be dominated by 3 or 4 OP weapon and perk combos, and you get a game that makes me want to put my controller through my monitor just by thinking about it. Which is another reason why I can't wait for Takedown: Red Sabre. I shoot a guy, he dies. I do something stupid, or I'm to slow, I die. No bullshit. No minigun toting robot to come up and shoot me in the ass. Just you, your team, your gun, and your brains.

I don't know. I was HUGE CoD fan back in the day, but Black Ops 2 completely threw me off CoD. I mean completely. I can't even finish half a match without getting bored. It just isn't fun for me. Not to mention all the BS in BO2... I'm considering scrapping my pre-order for Ghosts and using the money to pay for Watch_Dogs, BF4 or GTA V.

I like the things that they're doing for customization. It was sorely needed. Maybe now we can actually look unique on the battlefield without having a ridiculous Bacon themed weapon skin...
