Everyone did an awesome job. Don't feel discouraged if you didn't win this time, there will be another challenge! I'm working on it as we speak, so keep an eye on the Community tag.
The phrase you were looking for was "I've got a pocket full of space magic". The password was every seventh character in the image, only one of them being red. And if you didn't follow the whole process, there was a .rar archive inside the image with a text document. Just right click the image, and open it with WinRAR or 7zip and you can see the text file.

Nah, the 7 by the Tricorn was supposed to represent the 'key' more or less. I wanted to design a hint about it, but I would have been making it too obvious at that point.

Which is why it was difficult for me to see how I might have confused people a bit with the red characters. But, I'll try make sure something like that doesn't happen next time. I'll spend a lot more time working on polishing it before putting it on Bnet, this first challenge had the unfortunate position of being more or less a test to see how well things worked out. So thanks to everyone who participated, I have a better idea of what to watch out for. You guys rock.

I still would like to thank everyone on Reddit while I'm at it... That was how I found out about the RAR file, and the text... Otherwise I would have given up long before that.

Yeah, it was obvious in hindsight for me too... I tried that combo before, but I didnt capitalize the letters...
