Add the title Teamplayer. Description: A Teamplayer's only goal is to help his squad as much as possible. He strives torwards helping others achieve greatness. He does not need fame or recognition. He just needs someone to assist.

Great idea! Teamplayers can now be known as 'Paragons'; Proactive guardians recognized for their initiative during squad missions. That is... if this idea goes through to Bungie. :)
