This is just a generic Spartan IV vs a generic nanosuit soldier? Maybe the Spartan IV, in a close fight. Master Chief vs Prophet though? After doing some research... Prophet curbstomps Master Chief. Master Chief is somewhere close to x5 times stronger than a peak human... Prophet, after the ending, has had all the muscles in his body consumed and replaced by nanofiber x200 times stronger than human muscle tissue. Prophet also has a ****ing absurd .008 millisecond reaction speed (when he was a human actually, it is probably faster than that now), that's 1,250x faster than peak human reaction time. Master Chief's reaction time is somewhere in the neighborhood of a millisecond, ten times faster than peak human. Prophet also has a healing factor, so any attack strong enough to penetrate bullet shattering/plasma resistant skin can be healed in a matter of seconds if it doesn't kill him. Prophet speedblitz him, knocks his gun out of his hand, punches him in the spine to paralyze him, then lifts him over his head and "Knightfalls" him. Raiden is probably Prophet's closest physical match (2-3 ton is peak human lift, x200 puts him somewhere within the 400-600 ton lift range)... which isn't surprising, since Raiden is composed of CNT muscle fiber not unlike Prophet.
