In stead of plus ones, we get extra loot to build up our profiles, they started out by giving everyone a gem for every year that they have been here. You will probably get a gem for doing something good in the community, example: staying active, impressing an employee, or something along those lines. Then when you get enough "loot" you can upgrade your profile with special, preselected changes to show off to the community on how active you are. I'm thinking about starting a new topic about this, but i figured that if i thought about it, then surely someone else has already had the idea. What do you think?
