In terms of reveal, I'd say Battlefront. Nobody really expected that.
Biggest reveal/demo for me was Project Spark, but the best trailer was Smash Bros.

Silly, obviously some things are more anticipated, not to mention expect, than Fez II. I was watching the EA conference with AngryBrute and darthnazgul, and we all went batshit crazy when it was announced. :D
