I haven't played BioShock 2, but the first game is far better than Infinite IMO.

BioShock 2 is often considered the weakest of the 3, but it's far from a bad game and you'd notice combat is quite a bit more refined.

I'll probably play it at some point soon and see for myself what it's like.
