I just want to set the record straight for these kids. The popular psychedelics, such as LSD, Mushrooms, and DMT are very safe in the physical sense. No, they will not make your brain bleed. They will not be lodged in your spine, or anything else like that. However, in people who are predispositioned to mental illnesses, especially schizophrenia, psychedelics can cause an early onset of said illness. That being said, I've tried psychadelics a few times. I did shrooms three times, and I binged on acid for a weekend. I'm completely fine now, and in fact, have a better perspective on life. These drugs aren't quite as they appear on TV or movies. They are often less visual, but they completely mess up your perspective. While you are tripping, any bias you have is completely removed. You see yourself how others see you, and you see things from a neutral viewpoint. This can be scary to some people. And more often than not, a bad trip isn't so much seeing "dragons" or "spiders" or "demons", but rather realizing things that your mind was keeping from you before.
