The death penalty should be banned in all states.
-It costs more than life in prison
-It violates international human rights laws
-It's unfair (expensive lawyer = prison, not so expensive lawyer = death)
No modern country should have the death penalty. We're doing pretty well without it here in the Nordic countries.
