Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt (Dub. It's essentially the south park of anime)
Durarara (Dub)
Higurashi no naku koro ni (Subbed. Also it will be really confusing at first so don't give up because of it.)
Higurashi no naku koro ni Kai (Subbed. Avoid Higurashi Rei and Kira like the plague.)
And of course, Baccano. (Subbed or dubbed, both are great.)
