Not a whole lot since most of the good stuff hasn't been dubbed yet or isn't on youtube.

Even then most of the stuff on youtube gets taken down if it is dubbed due to copyright infringement. If the OP can only look at videos on his phone then there should be other sites he can go to for anime. As for xbox he should also be able to use crackle since that does have some anime on last time I checked.
