Post your scary/weird/paranormal stories here!
I'll start off with mine...So I'm playing Xbox fairly late at night. I get up and go downstairs to get a drink and hang for abit. Then I go back upstairs, turned my little hall lamp on and sat back down to continue playing. About 15 to 20 minutes goes by until I hear a knocking sound. I turn to see my door move about 3 inches or so and the lamp turns off by itself. I'm a little freaked out and paranoid by now so I ignore it and continue playing for about an hour or so, then I decide it's time for bed. Everything is quiet for about 15 minutes until I hear footsteps on my carpet beside my bed. Like the crushing sound when you step on regular carpet. I quickly turn around to see absolutely nothing! I've had other weird happenings but none of this quality.
I actually have another one but not of my own. My girlfriend used to wake up in the middle of the night with a shadowy figure standing in her doorway. She said, "dad"? No answer so she fell back asleep. It keep getting so repetitive so she began to go sleep in her parents room with them. But then she would wake up again with the shadow figure in her parents doorway. Her house is located on remnants of a huge civil war camp so she gets a lot of paranormal activity.

1 ReplyI had a dream where I was four year old girl on a plane hijacked by terrorists. The bomb was set to some 15-20 minutes. I remember just talking to the one terrorist trying to find some comfort, and trying to fall asleep before it went off. The scariest part was when it did explode, I got really hot and my ears felt like they were bleeding. Everything went silent, I couldn't hear anyone's scream. It freaked me out cuz I didn't wale up until I died. If that counts, I mean.

1 ReplyActually, one of the weirdest moments I ever experienced was when playing Halo 3's campaign for the second time. I was playing the end of "Crow´s Nest"/beggining of "Tsavo Highway" and the cutscene where Cortana says "This place will become your tomb" was playing. Right after she said these words, the power went off and my whole room went dark, with a terrorizing silence. After 5 minutes waiting, the power finally came back, and that was probably the most relieving moment of my life. It didn't ruin Halo for me, but it did ruin my night-gaming moments.

I was in Paris and I saw a big light moving across the night sky. I told my sister, who wouldn't come. When she came, there was nothing there, but after about a minute, 6 lights flew across the sky in the opposite direction, this time faster.

I was also once pinned in my sisters bed in the middle of the day. It felt like there was something pressing against me. I began to feel footsteps next to me on the bed and when I looked, I saw indentions in the bed with each step I felt. It kept walking until it was next to my chest and I could suddenly move. I immediately bolted out of there. All of these things happened in the middle of the night except for the last one.
