It looks to me kind of like the symbols you could see dotted around the Reach campaign, I believe those were 'shot-codes'. Perhaps this needs to be made shot-code format and searched for?

Hmm ya I mentioned that in the post. I looked into shot codes though and they are of a different structure than the radial diagram. Also shotcodes are pretty outdated, and the only method I know of interpreting them was some iphone/android app that went out of development years ago.

I [i]think[/i] Google Goggles for Android reads shot code, I may be wrong though.

Hey. I downloaded Goggles for my iPhone, it recognizes ShotCode images but it doesn't actually scan them. Like it'll search google images for the shotcode you take a picture of and link you to the shotcode wiki but it doesn't actually interpret the shotcode.
