How likely is a PC release?
No amount of exclusives could ever make me get another console, but I've enjoyed bungie games in the past with myth being one of the games that defined my childhood.
I'm a die hard PC gamer and am following destiny it looks interesting, but only on PC. Will I get to play it?

You can add 'When' any release question. Will it be released with next-gen consoles or get delayed because it may be unwieldy in design. Moreover, it suffers from the 'too long in development curse'.

3 RepliesI remain optimistic. A few credible sources have stated that a PC version is possible, and that they want to do one. Now we know the PS4 is basically a medium-high end PC, that also brings hope that they'll release a PC version. I have a feeling that if they do decide on a PC version, it'll get its own announcement with PC footage showing how it can look at maximum settings on a powerful rig.

I believe there will be, the game won't be coming out this year, that much is known, and as said down there the PS4 is no more then a high end (slightly lower) PC, I believe the Xbox720 is very similar to that. Now the other thing, Activision is their new publisher and if we know Activision then we know they like money, now this isn't bad because they would want this game to be released on as many devices as possible. Knowing Bungie it definitely won't be a bad port either. The only thing that may delay its release is because the PC can fit so many more people on one server then a console can, thus them wanting to release the game earlier, as wanting to fit more players in a game as possible. I see no reason why it can't come out the same time as console release.

100% there will be no PC version at launch. There is the possibility that it will come post-launch, but you will have to wait and see.

I don't think it's impossible, but at this point it doesn't look super likely that there will be a PC release (at least not at first).
