I'd assume they'd call in the National Guard before the SEALs.

Yeah that's a no go. They aren't going to deploy SEALs just yet. It seems the SWAT teams got this taken care of already.

That's almost desperate. What more help do they need? If they need military support, call in the Marines from Camp Pendleton.
