Don't know what the civil/tort laws are like in China. I don't know if the ability to sue for damages is the same there as it is here in the US or elsewhere.

  • >China >having human rights LOL they don't have many rights and imagine that includes suing. they also have no copyright/trademark laws... so technically any place can say McDonalds in china, but not actually be one. and both parties are at fault. Bleach shouldn't have been in a coke cup. Liu shouldn't have just snatched the cup.
