I hope this time, we get a lot more marines in the fighting.
The Infinity is loaded with massive stockpiles of UNSC guns but is only defended by 10 marines total (3 in the hangar, 4 in the next room, 3 in the engine room)? LMAO

It is more of a technical limitation - there can only be a certain amount of AI on screen at any give time before you get frame rate issues and all that stuff. It is doubtful they'll ever have more marines on screen, especially considering they are useless.

I just 343i wasn't lazy and actually advanced the tech. I want hordes of Marines charging the enemy Imperial Guardsmen style. Then you get to rush forward carrying a flag in one hand, and an assault rifle in the other.

Face it, developers only care about graphics. 343 went with that so the Xbox 360 is running at it's limit with no room for significant improvement. Lots of ugly armor that can easily be unlocked (compared to Halo 3) and thus lose their value No Theater for Campaign or Spartan Ops 3 month wait for news about Campaign Theater, for File Share to be up and running, etc.
