Wonder how much this applies to me? I've been a member of the site since 08, but my active time isn't enough to earn me a mythic, much less legendary title.

I guess it's really aimed at those that are actively complaining about how they've Bungie has changed sides and thrown all users' titles away. I wouldn't particularly mind if they were gone, either, but only because I haven't been an active Bungie community member for much time!
