Black Ops 2 >>>> Halo 4
In terms of everything but maybe campaign...how can trolls still think that cod isn't balanced? It's been very accurate with killcams unlike halo 4 and the hit detection is the best I've ever seen cod on a launch. Also, zombies is pretty cool, but overall it's the multiplayer people care about.
Halo took all the gimmics of shadowrun and cod and put them on steroids. Black Ops 2 actually balanced things and allow you more freedom. The guns feel great, the graphics are great, the sounds great. Halo RIP

I like Halo 4 better. For me, I purchase the new Call of Duty titles for the Campaign, and in the case of the Treyarch games, Zombies. I like the way the games play and enjoy the story of the Campaigns across each game. Zombies is just an extra bonus which is incredibly fun in my opinion. However, I've always found Call of Duty multiplayer to be... meh. Boring. Repetitive. I play it occasionally but I prefer Halo and always have. In my opinion, Halo 4's multiplayer is much more fun than Black Ops 2's.
