(I'm going to refer to myself in the third person, like the other Laser Wars) Cannon wandered the streets of his once majestic flying city. It had fallen at the hands of a near undefeatable enemy, one that was pure evil and ruthless. Many Zar, Lancers, Vulcans, Draiges, and Scarabs fell beneath this enemy's unstoppable onslaught. The battle had waged for days, and there appeared to be no end in sight. This war continued for five months, and finally ended in the middle of the city, with Cannon and this vile enemy facing each other in a battle till the end. Anything around was used as a weapon: guns, swords, knives, dead bodies, a banana peel, anything. Finally Cannon managed to get the upper hand and defeat his enemy, vanquishing him with a mighty blow from the War Mace. He allowed all of his soldiers to leave, and went into cryo-stasis for 80 years. All of Cannon's troops had gone in search of peace and tranquility. They wandered the desert for days, and finally settling down near a rock formation called Greenhawk. The formation took the shape of a hawk's head, and was completely covered in grass. It was a sight to behold. Cannon woke up from his cryo-sleep as the AI unthawed him. Twenty minutes later he stepped out into the city streets, looking around to see if any of his loyal soldiers had returned. Instead he was greeted with a loud screeching noise overhead. He looked up and saw that hundreds of dropships were flying over the city. Cannon didn't recognize these ships, and he didn't like them. He decided to search for his old troops. He would need them to fight this new menace.
