Can I read the Halo books in regular Novel form?
Or are they all strictly graphic novels?

They are all paperback books. You can probably find Fall of Reach, the Flood, and First Strike in a package deal at your bookstore. If you want the graphic novels but can't find them, download the Comics app by Comixology and you can get all the graphic novels on there.
