If you could be part of a Spartan team, which one would it be and why?
I would be part of Blue team (has to be said) and have Linda as my sniper partner as I too love to snipe people. Plus there's the fact that I love a red headed woman who can use the sniper rifle like no one else can.

Gray or black team, as a highly trained S-III or Shadow squad, as a S-III converted to the S-IV program Gray or black because they have more freedom with rules or execution of missions. Gray team can literally request their own equipment, and go on missions without needing to go through the higher ups to do so, and they can work for years without having to contact the unsc, they just do their job.
