Thinking about leaving Boy Scouts
Okay, so I was basically promised a leader position in my troop after I graduate (even though I didn't make Eagle). I went to this "meeting" to discuss what I have to do, blah blah bull shit.
Well, then the deal breaker came. If I am helping recruit kids, I CAN NOT accept Gays or Atheists...
Are you serious right now? I don't feel right supporting a "American" group that does that.

2 RepliesWhat the -blam!-? Nothing like that here in Australia. Hell, it's not even called the "boy scouts" here anymore, all mixed gender. Anybody can join... unless you're trying to join as a leader and have a bad criminal record or something. :P
