Do extremely cold fingers indicate anything specific?
As in my fingers lose ALL heat in the cold ass weather we're currently having in southern Oregon. Been in the mid-20s for a few days. I know that's not much compared to other places (I've been in -40 near Chicago once), but it's pretty damn cold for someone who works outside and doesn't have heat in their house.
I ask this because if I take my gloves off for a few seconds (or I forget to bring them to work, like I did today), my fingers become unbearably cold. They freaking hurt, and take forever to warm back up. Could this be an indication of low blood pressure or something? Maybe just bad circulation? Or am I just being a big wuss?
