New Halo 2 Maps are Here!
The new Halo 2 maps are here. Bug fixes, workarounds and more - for folks having troubles, inside.

But other than the -blam!- playlist update, the new maps are good. Except that there's no BR default start on Deso.

Huh, I have my credit card and all on my 360, yet why I try to download all it says is Download Failed, Try again later. I really hope this is just from an overload of downloads.......

okay so let me hopefully set all the ppl that have there nose up bungies a$$ and wont allow us to state our issues and complaints and instead continue to define it as b!tch!ing , okay our issue and i think i speak for everyone when i say this, theres alot intailed in this update not only has MM been revamped for the worst but! we now have to go throug loads of crap and b/s, when we have payed 2 maybe 3 hundred dollars more for a system that most ppl do use for halo , and have dirt thrown on our face by bungie telling us that we need to spend more money to get 2 maps , and do way to much just to d/l them AND there bugged so please be respectfull 2 ppl and dont call them whiners

I talked to xbox, not very helpful. They wanted to know my service provider & conection. I gave them the info, but told them I didn't thik it mattered. My neighbors have all the same stuff, except I've got a 360 & they don't. Yet they got the maps

It dint work for me at first.. I had to select the credit card i wanted to use as default before it let me download. Alllsooo.. how the hell can they get rid of BTB skirmish? its the only thing i play really sooo we get r ranks reset because of cheaters and now there removing the playlists i like to play most. legit players get more of a punishment than cheaters.

Whoa, serious blast from the past. I love these. "Old school logic" puts it perfectly. Although, on Tombstone, I do miss my camo pickup at red base. :( I mean, I haven't had the chance to play anyting more than 5 player slayer, I love these maps already. Not so much aesthetically (sorry to say, messy color palettes, disregard for basic design principals, ambient sound just ain't doing it for me) but game play is like sex with the concept of sex with a threesome with the letters s e and x. what happens when your account expires?it trys to renew with the visa gift card leading to you owing microsoft money...happens to me every 2-3 months..a vicious cycle that pisses me off

Very strange.... Thanks for the help though.

The maps are truly amazing, i am glad you made little changes to it but atleast it still has that feel definatly an mlg playable map just like halo 1

who cares about the maps now... there making the playlists rubbish and what the hell makes them think to there self that the game will be better if they remove BTB skirmish? y dont they stop doing things there way and listen to the people buying them big houses and flash cars.

I got my new maps on my 360. now comes the fun part. alternating 1 flag on tombstone with touch return on, 5 minutes per side, no time limit until one team caped 3 flags. The days of old, ending the game with 250+ kills. litterally a single game could last up to an hour and a half. not sure how it will work out on tombstone, but i am sure however it works out it will be a blast.
