New Halo 2 Maps are Here!
The new Halo 2 maps are here. Bug fixes, workarounds and more - for folks having troubles, inside.

New Halo 2 Maps are Here!...and they suck in tombstone there is a super BUG. an invisible wall..when you are behind this invisible wall you can shot but nobody can shot you then..did you see the choise of the weapons on the maps???? this is not halo 2...this is -blam!-!!!!!!

Also, A LOT less people have modded 360's than xboxes, this would have been a great oppurtunity to virtually eliminate cheating! And did I hear that correctly? No new maps on Hardcore? Just put the Dam map's on the 360 Marketplace for MP it would make it mutch easy'er fore the 1nc without a Credit Card ore make them Free : ) in a few mounths And sorry fore my bad Englisch But I just $ùck Typing it and speaking it [Edited on 04.17.2007 8:46 AM PDT]

I AGREE THIS WOULD BE ALOT EASIER FOR XBOX 360 OWNERS.................... THE 2 NEW MAPS ARE AWESOME DOWNLOADED THEM WITHOUT A PROBLEM AND I OWN AN XBOX 360..THE MAPS HAVE QUITE A FEW SUPRISES THAT WILL SHOCK YOU ALL YOUR GONNA SAY IZ SWEEEETTT...

So the people who did make the maps need to be able to make some sort of income off of it.

I do believe however, they should put in more matchmaking playlists again. I want to be able to have a range of options when I'm playing matchmaking.

I can't beleive that Bungie still isn't dealing with the fact that the maps are avaiable free to 360 users.

Thank you Bungie for thinking of those still with original xboxes. The new maps look great, I am happy to support you with $4. Haven't played in very long time since graduation, now's a good time to get started again, that is if I can get away from digg.com and college work. [Edited on 04.17.2007 8:55 AM PDT]

I already found a death glitch in tombstone:( I grenade jumped up to a ledge against a wall. As I was walking along the ledge i fell over dead! It said i fell to my death and i wasnt going anywhere!! grrr

These are excellent! The best part of the whole thing... No more superbouncers to ruin the fun (at least on these maps). Tombstone is excellent and it really is bringing back that old Hang Em High feeling.

TO FIX THIS PROBLEM TRY DOWNLOADING IT ON A SILVER ACOUNT WHEN IT FAILS GO BACK TO GOLD AND IT WORK WEEE!!!!!!!!!! mines downlodin now

Prettiest. Maps. Ever. :D Ambient noises, vines, water droplets, CA Blast vending machines, great water splash sounds... Granted, I need to play them a bit more, and on real gametypes, but they are very awesome.

it wont let me purchase the maps on my 360...it says i cant because premium purchasing isnt available and i cant find how to enable that anywhere...this is wea-blam!- its making me mad...but uhhhh if you know...i know im not the only one having this problem

I think these maps are usless. ide have to go to too(lol)much trouble to get $4.00 maps on a creidt card! using ur creditcard just to take off $4.00!!! no way. also i think i feel sorry for you Archangel. good luck. <3

People, until somebody fixes it, the maps are avaiable FREE to 360 users. Here's what you do 1. Create a silver account (don't accept the 30 day trial). If you already have a silver account, skip this step 2. Start Halo 2 3. Login to Xbox Live with your GOLD membership 4. Go to the content downloader 5. When the content downloader prompts you to login, choose your SILVER account 6. Click purchase on the blasticular pack. 7. You will receive a failed message 8. Click purchase on the blasticular map pack again 9. Your download will begin, and you get the maps free of charge :) ENJOY THIS!!! :) You may use the maps on any account on your Xbox, not just the silver you made :) I wasn't going to post this, but since Bungie still hasn't dealt with it, I'm guessing they don't really care. chalk another one on the list. I might try hooking up my old box to see if i can change it thru that somehow, but it really should be setup better. Hopefully they will come out with some answers to this -blam!- soon

Same here, I've tried everything I can think of. I keep coming back here for a resolve but no luck. Too many people crying about $4 & maps.
