I don't think some people would have given Halo 4 a chance.
I honestly think no matter how 343 made the game.
They could have made Halo 4 like Halo 3 and people would have complained that they did nothing new and not buy it.
And people now view Infinity Slayer as Call of Halo.
just my thoughts.

No, instead they will keep pushing Infinity Slayer, their new CTF mode, and more gameplay affecting specializations to distance themselves from the old formula for whatever reason and fanboys will defend them by saying "Well they have to change!"
