Wow, great story!
I have one (from a book).
One day a college student named Josh went to meet up with some friends in a nearby wood. As he is driving he notices a man standing on the road. He says to the man, "do you need a ride?" The man accepts the ride. The man was wearing ragged clothes and holding a bag. Eventually they arrive at the man's destination. As he gets out of the car he leaves his bag behind. Josh called for the man, but he was out of sight.
He forgets about it and keeps driving. Soon he arrives at the meeting place. Josh gets out and greets his friends. He notices something odd, some of the girls were crying. Josh then notices that his girlfriend, Kate is not there. "Where's Kate?" he asks. Everyone pointed to some trees. What Josh saw made him puke. Kate's body laid there headless. He shook his head in disbelief and went to his car. Then he remembered the bag and he opened it. Again, Josh puked. It was the severed head of his girlfriend, Kate.
Hope you liked it!
