This is one my friend wrote in an English exam. One time there was this guy who was hiking around on a hill in Scotland. It was quite foggy but he still wanted to get to the top. He walked and walked untill after a while, the fog went away, but it started to thunder. Then it started to rain. After a few minutes the rain got quite heavy. He got out his mobile phone (or cell phone whatever you want to call it) and tried to phone his wife, hoping she could pick him up somehow. There was no signal. He started running, to see if he could find a tree. He saw something in the distance, and upon looking harder, he saw that it was a small wooden house, like a shack. There was light coming from the windows, but the curtains were closed. He though that there might be someone inside who could give him some shelter until the rain stopped. He got closer, and closer until everything went black. A month later he woke up in a hospital, not knowing who he was. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I thought it was an amazing story. Especially for an exam.
